Location:
Kauai, Hawaii (North shore, in person). In-person & telehealth options available. MUST reside and be fully licensed in HAWAII - we will be taking insurance and this is a requirement.
Position Type:
Part-time to start and full time possible as practice builds.
Compensation:
$100/hour possible bonuses and benefits available
About Us:
Integration Health is a new integrative mental health clinic on Kauai blending psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy (ketamine, Spravato®), and holistic wellness. Our mission is to expand access to transformative care in Hawaii through innovative, compassionate, trauma-informed treatment.
Role:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team. The NP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychedelic-assisted treatments. A telehealth consultation position is available, but candidates must reside on Kauai.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Administer/monitor ketamine & Spravato® treatments
- Provide telehealth consultations for Hawaii residents
- Collaborate with therapists and integrative providers
- Provide therapy for clients if not already established
- Provide preparation and integration for psychedelic therapy
- Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Hawaii APRN license with prescriptive authority (APRN-Rx)
- PMHNP-BC certification
- Residency in Hawaii
- 1–2 years psychiatric experience
- Telehealth experience
Preferred:
- Experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy (ketamine/Spravato®)
- IFS (Internal Family Systems) training or certification
- Trauma-informed, integrative, or functional medicine background
- Psychedelic assisted therapy training/certification
- Personal experience in the field
- Active DEA license
