Customer Representative

We are building a team of Customer Representatives in Little Rock who know how to turn a conversation into a cause. If you love talking to people, love a challenge, and want your work to actually mean something, this is your lane. You'll be out in the community every day, connecting face-to-face with donors, sharing products that directly support charitable campaigns, and helping causes grow one interaction at a time. At our company, we believe growth happens when people meet people, and every Customer Representative on our team plays a direct role in making that happen.

What you'll do as a Customer Representative:

• Meet customers where they are, having real conversations that lead to real sales supporting charitable causes.
• Talk with purpose; blending storytelling and product knowledge to move people to act.
• Hit personal and team sales goals through consistent, high-energy outreach.
• Help plan and run community events that bring people together around a shared cause.
• Partner with your team to test new approaches and sharpen what's working.
• Keep track of your own numbers and stay motivated by clear, measurable progress.
• Follow up with donors and customers to build relationships that last beyond a single conversation.
• Represent our company with professionalism, energy, and genuine care for the causes we support.

Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,300.00 per month
