COMPANY OVERVIEW
Traveling Physician Services PC brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown from a “mom and pops” environment to a medium sized organization. However, our employees generally think of our company as their second family.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 10 Years experience in managing a medical office
- Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
- Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
- Hire, train and monitor administrative staff
- Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services
- Requires strong organization skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks.
- Requires strong problem-solving skills in order to organize the flow of work through the office in an effective manner.
- Requires previous Home Health Care experience or office/administrative support experience or the completion of a college degree
