Job Summary:
IVG is a small but mighty company looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude and is able to jump in and support all aspects of the business. Specifically, the Business Manager will work directly with the President and other leaders and be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and profitable performance of the company. They will do this through a wide range of organizational, sales, financial and production support duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a production environment.
Responsibilities will involve many areas includingSales Support, Estimating, Onboarding Programs, Invoicing, AR Collections, AP,Event Logistics, Customer Communication, Production Reports, HR policies, Office Procedures, etc. The Business Manager will also be responsible to prepare financial statements, cashflow management, timely reports and analysis.
Organizational
Work with the President and other leaders to:
· Support hiring, training, personnel records, performance reviews, etc.
· Oversee inventory of supplies and materials
· Organize and track contracts, agreements, subscriptions, leases, etc.
· Organize company events, outings, meetings, etc.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, health and safety regulations
Sales Support
Work with the President
· Support new order estimating
· Schedule meetings and help prepare presentations
· Organize events and shows
· Support the President to correspond with customers
· Set up customers in the system for ordering, invoicing terms, etc.
Financial
Work with the President to:
· Set up and track a company-wide budget
· Oversee all invoicing for custom orders, standard orders, etc.
· Track and analyze shipping channels
· Oversee vendor set up, contract details, purchase orders, and payment:
· Prepare Financial Statements: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, AR, AP, etc.
· Provide cashflow projections
· Enter financial entries
· Manage invoicing
· Track and collect Accounts Receivables
· Monitor Accounts Payable
Production, Facilities, Technology
Work with the Production Manager and Supervisors to:
· Onboard new product programs
· Ensure that health and safety policies are in place
· Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend procedural or policy changes.
Compensation:
Annual Salary is based on experience from $60,000.

Qualifications and Skills:
· This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a production environment.
- Proven experience in a similar business or similar operations role.
- Prefer experience within the printing or decorating industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Experience with office software, databases, Quickbooks or other financial reporting program.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate others.
- Financial acumen for budget tracking and basic accounting tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
