Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience: 6 - 10 years of professional IT experience, with 5 years of dedicated, hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Agentic AI Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, practical experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI use cases and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Now Assist Proficiency (Mandatory): Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience customizing and deploying Now Assist GenAI capabilities (e.g., summarization, knowledge creation) to enhance agent productivity.
- AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy custom AI Agents using AI Agent Studio and define complex, multi-step Orchestration logic.
- Advanced ServiceNow Development: Expert-level scripting and customization across the platform (JavaScript, Glide, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer).
- Integration & LLMs: Design and implement robust integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow to external Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI/ML services.
- Architecture & Best Practices: Lead technical design efforts, ensuring all Agentic AI and core platform solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
- Data Foundation: Ensure the CMDB and underlying data structures are optimized to provide the necessary context for effective AI Agent operation.
- Ownership: Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) for innovative Agentic AI solutions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly preferred.
