We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cable Technician for our San Marcos, TX location. The Cable Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining network and structured cabling systems. Responsibilities will include handling cables, operating hand tools, and ensuring all installations comply with safety standards and best practices. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in working with cables and cabling systems, including installation and repair
- Knowledge of electricity fundamentals and structured cabling practices
- Experience in operating hand tools and equipment for cabling installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical ability to work in various environments, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
