Key Responsibilities
- Execute basic and medium-complexity procurement transactions to support business operations.
- Source service-related purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (e.g., work authorizations, service agreements) in compliance with company policies.
- Update purchase orders based on change orders and evolving business needs.
- Obtain supplier acknowledgments and maintain accurate purchase order records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events and process improvements.
- Support issue resolution by documenting and addressing inquiries via phone, email, and direct access channels.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier team members as needed.
- Assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field OR
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or procurement experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with procurement systems
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build credibility
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools
