Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst for a leading
company in the energy industry.
- Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts
- Manage contracts for engineering, construction, and procurement projects
- Work with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams
- Review vendor proposals, pricing, and contract changes
- Identify and manage contract risks
- Handle amendments, claims, and contract issues
- Maintain contract records and provide updates to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8 years of contract administration or related experience
- Strong contract negotiation experience
- Experience with construction, engineering, EPC, procurement, or industrial projects
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
