Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily start-up and shutdown procedures for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and six-axis robotics.
- Maintain spare parts inventory for all facility equipment.
- Complete in-house projects and maintain logs documenting project timelines.
- Perform facility repairs and address safety concerns proactively.
- Coordinate with external contractors for projects beyond internal resources.
- Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
- Attend pre-shift and post-shift team meetings to communicate updates and issues.
- Maintain and enhance 5S standards throughout the facility.
- Complete required documentation, including shift notes, preventive maintenance logs, and work orders, as directed by Team Leader/Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
- Extensive experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Experience working with six-axis robotics and other advanced manufacturing equipment.
