Primary Responsibilities
- Engineering drawings
- Electronic receipt, revision control, retrieval, distribution, archiving
- Hardcopy revision control, retrieval, distribution, archiving
- Vendor documentation processing
- Specifications and instruction manual receipt, revision control, distribution and retrieval, archiving
- Transmittals - hardcopies and electronic
- Incoming and outgoing documentation - log with a unique identification number, distribute per project procedures, file and maintain electronically
- Project logs and lists - develop and maintain
- Engineering drawing and vendor document lists
- Drawing and documentation check-out logs
- Incoming and outgoing transmittal logs
- Inspection, permit, liens, etc. logs
- Check-Out/Commissioning Activities
- Populate documentation for commissioning
- Coordinate contractor information into master commissioning records
- Close out documentation
- Assist contractors/vendors with the preparation of close-out documentation
- Gather, audit, and historize close-out documentation into plant documentation control system
- Printing, plotting, scanning, emailing, copying, & filing
- 5 years' experience in document control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency utilizing SharePoint
- Experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk products including Vault Historian, AutoCAD, and Navis Works
- PDF editing skills (PDF writer, Blue Beam)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to carry out tasks to completion in a high-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Professional demeanor, discretion in handling confidential documents, ability to work with construction teams
