Controller

Integrated Talent Strategies is working with an industry-leading company to find a Controller. We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Controller with strong manufacturing industry experience to oversee our client's financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage day-to-day accounting functions, drive financial efficiency, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and drive profitability.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into daily operations.
