Job Title: Project Manager 2 Contract: 1 year contract with option to extendSummary: The Project Manager 2 role will work in the Codes & Standards Initiative Department to provide oversight and support for appliance upgrade programs and related codes & standards activities.Desired Start Date: 1/12/26Pay Rate: $50 Skills and Experience Needed7–10 years of experience in technical program management, project development, and implementation.Well-developed understanding of relevant technical principles and application to program areas, with acknowledged expertise at the conceptual level.Experience developing and managing projects with minimal direction; ability to identify co-funding sources and implement projects through competitive solicitation processes.Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage ongoing projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to guide junior staff or interns and lead project teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing and presenting professional materials.Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruit and enroll Participating Contractors (PCs) and Participating Retailers (PRs) for appliance upgrade initiatives.Provide technical assistance and desk reviews for project scope and installations.Develop curriculum and marketing language for PCs and PRs, leveraging existing program materials.Manage intake, review, and approval of Scope and Quality Installation documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the program, support stakeholder engagement, and provide technical guidance.Serve as a subject matter expert on program manuals and documentation, champion process improvements, and coordinate inspections and corrective actions.Maintain meticulous records, translate technical concepts into actionable guidance, and support cross-functional teams.Required Skills & QualificationsMission-driven with strong problem-solving, adaptability, and resourcefulness.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across teams.Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Understanding of state electrical and plumbing codes and their practical application in residential construction.Experience managing or implementing incentive programs for energy or utility sectors.Experience with Salesforce Lightning (report/dashboard building), Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Oracle PeopleSoft.Bachelor's Degree required; engineering or related field preferred.Residential construction experience and familiarity with codes required.Integrated Staffing values a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
