Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: Oregon
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Part Time, Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Shifts may range from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Our Oregon client is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative to join their customer service team. This position will offer a remote work schedule. The Customer Service position will require weekend work and the desired candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule. This role requires experienced professionals who can deliver top-tier service across phone, email, live chat, and fax platforms as well as a license . As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accounts, and supporting wagering operations with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, disputes, and cancellation requests via phone, live chat, and email

• Create and maintain wagering accounts

• Process various financial transactions

• Identify financial, fraud, or risk concerns on customer accounts

• Maintain both digital and physical customer records

• Generate reports as needed

• Report hardware/software issues to the service desk

• Provide support to internal teams, partners, customers, and vendors

• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification required

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (9 AM – 12 AM)

• Must obtain a license at job location about $100, which will be reimbursed after 30 days of employment.
