The selected person will be responsible for supporting all phases of contract administration, from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role involves supporting bids and proposals, reviewing and managing contract terms and conditions, and data entry of contract information into various tools.

Responsibilities Will Include

Supporting the preparation of proposals, including reviewing solicitations, participating in proposal meetings and submitting proposals

Administer all phases of contract management, including initiation, performance tracking, processing modifications and close-out

Creating and executing subcontract plans including flowing down applicable requirements to subcontractors

Execute purchase orders and see the process through ensuring vendors are paid

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

Set up and maintain projects and
