What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Fabricator position at Integrated Separation Technologies?
IST is looking to hire a Lead Fabricator to lead and direct our shop fabrication for our separation units. This position works with our Operation Manager to ensure timely and high quality control standards of delivered products. IST focuses on producing the best quality workmanship, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who can:
· Build and fabricate from plans created internally
· Build custom parts based on project needs
· Work independently and lead the shop with little direction
· Maintain shop equipment and a clean work environment
· Make good decisions, and focus on quality of outcomes
· Be self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
· Welding experience (5 years minimum)
· Communicate and direct employees to complete daily tasks
· Maintain a culture of professionalism and foster a safe work environment
· Ready to contribute to a productive team in a fast-paced environment
