Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Agent to join our vibrant customer support team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing exceptional service through outbound and inbound calls and email.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with high business volume with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring each caller / customer feels valued, well served, and supported.
- Answering product and service questions (online and over the phone)
- Assist customers with inquiries, and technical issues by offering clear solutions, step-by-step troubleshooting, and follow-up support
- Diagnosing service issues (triaging) escalating to our in-house service
- Preparing (service) orders in detail for our in-house project management team
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English required
- Prior call center experience or customer support roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, patience, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic analysis skills to identify common issues and suggest improvements in processes or services
Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a high-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a call-center setting / customer service role
- Works well alone with support of a team and an immediate supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and take detailed notes
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (such as Oracle NetSuite)
