Integrated Security Solutions (ISS-KY) is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager focused on new business acquisition.


This is a true hunter role designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on prospecting, building pipeline, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-driven, coachable, and eager to grow into enterprise technology sales.


National sales territory with approximately 50% occasional travel required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
  • Target multi-location and enterprise-level organizations
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Conduct discovery conversations focused on loss prevention, liability reduction, and operational improvement
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
  • Drive proposal development and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management
  • Develop regional and national sales strategies
  • Travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Represent ISS-KY professionally in the marketplace

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Associate degree required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven drive to win new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and competitive
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50 percent


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in CCTV and Video Surveillance
  • Experience with physical security systems
  • Experience in access control and low-voltage systems
  • Experience with POS or retail technology
  • Experience with technology integrations
  • Experience using NetSuite by Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working with multi-location or distributed customer environments


Compensation & Benefits

Target Compensation: $140,000 per year

(Base salary uncapped commission, based on sales performance)
