Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Target multi-location and enterprise-level organizations
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Conduct discovery conversations focused on loss prevention, liability reduction, and operational improvement
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
- Drive proposal development and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management
- Develop regional and national sales strategies
- Travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Represent ISS-KY professionally in the marketplace

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Associate degree required, with a bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience in CCTV and Video Surveillance

Compensation & Benefits
Target Compensation: $140,000 per year
(Base salary uncapped commission, based on sales performance)
