We are hiring technicians for another market, and we would prefer someone with GPR and Utility Location experience, but it's more than that; we are looking for our next Thoroughbred to join our team and help the company grow and be paid handsomely along the way. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an area, help grow the customer base, maintain customer relationships and run day-to-day operations.
-Ability to manage people and grow the market
- Operate with a resilient growth mindset
- Become fluent with Ground Penetrating / Utility Location / Concrete Scanning Equipment
- Grow the Customer base through networking, quality of workmanship and sales
- Be available to new clients, via email or phone
- Operate with safety as the priority on jobsites
- Take ownership of your area and your region and ask for help when you need it.
-Communicate effectively with leadership, the team, clients, and potential clients
-Communicate issues or discrepancies with leadership to learn and rectify prior to client issues or loss
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in utility locating and scanning preferred but not mandatory
-Management and sales experience preferred but not mandatory
-The ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members
-Ability to handle stressful situations continuing to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction
-Ability to drive team performance to achieve business goals and objectives
-Organized multi-tasker and self-starter with the ability to convey confident and
decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
-Open to learning and working with technology

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
