• Ensure independent oversight for Workday monitoring
• Detail oriented
• Monitor Workday Security activity
• Monitor use of Change control tool to ensure compliance with process as designed
• Monitor Workday configuration changes to ensure compliance with process
Interact with:
• HR Ops Team
• HR Compliance Team
• Security Administration
• HR BT
Additional Skills:
• Ability to leverage and sort large amounts of data
• Advanced excel skills a plus
• Workday experience a plus
Qualifications
Minimum education and experience required:
• IT or Finance degree preferred
• Compliance experience
• 5 years’ experience
