Job Description:

  • Utilizing equipment manual BOMs to create equipment BOMs in SAP that can be referenced when needing to track parts down for breakdowns or future time based maintenance creation or the creation of PM03s.
  • This will be for a new line (several new unit ops) that will be brought into the plant.
  • After creating the BOMs, remaining time will be spent creating the Time Based Maintenance system for the line so that tasks are automatically created after different time periods based on the task needed (PM02s).
  • Background in independently interpreting equipment manuals/BOMs and the process for registering new parts in SAP required.
