Registered Respiratory Therapist

Shift Schedule:
NICU, night shift (7p–7:30a, 4x12s, weekend rotation required)
Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU during night shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and adjust ventilator support and other respiratory therapy treatments as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system.
- Participate in weekend rotation as required.
Required Skills:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from NBRC; CRT not accepted.
- Active Rhode Island RT license or eligibility for a compact license.
- Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS.
- Experience with Epic EMR system is required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent NICU respiratory experience.
