Hiring Manager’s Note:

This role requires a strict onsite schedule of 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Thursday at our Beaverton headquarters. There is no flexibility due to the nature of the organization's needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong experience in Physical Security systems (not Cyber Security) to manage a variety of exciting projects. This role primarily focuses on collaborating with construction teams for the installation of badge readers, security design, and camera systems, as well as overseeing software installations and configurations related to camera analytics, AI, and badging systems.

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution from initiation to completion. Experience working with construction vendors is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidates with a background in Project Management or Change Management will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, requirements, and project scope
• Manage and track the project timeline, ensuring all tasks align with the schedule
• Oversee project budgets (up to $1M) and work closely with vendors to track costs
• Provide guidance on project methodologies, ensuring adherence to organizational standards
• Define and manage project success criteria, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive solutions to potential issues

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in large enterprise environments (client experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, especially in working with stakeholders across various organizations
• Strong ability to manage projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to vendor management
