Job Title: Material Schedule Planner – Shipping
Job Location: Moline, IL
Job Duration: 12 months contract (High Possibility of extension)
Shift: 1 st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm., Onsite only
Interviews: Onsite preferred 1.5 hours or Teams 1 hour
Pay Range: $24 – $25
Specific Position Requirements:
This is an entry level support role on the shop floor
Talent is responsible for:
- Creating, Coordinating, and Tracking shipments through SAP
- Complete goods – Items build and shipping out
- Support service shipments
- Key contact for shop floor issues
- Track parts estimated timelines and completion
- Excel experience intermediate level
- Provide shipment tracking and status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders- Use of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams
Key skills:
- Strong Communication
- Organization-Most important, Must be extremely organized
- SAP Experience- Can be trained
Experience:
- 1-3 years
Education:
- HS Diploma minimum
