Job Description
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, holiday rotation ·
Shift Requirements: 8-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Start at the Home Health office and travel with RN for patient visits within 30 minute radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: Potential for Weekend On Call once every 3-4 week
Qualifications
Required Certifications: BLS, License Verification.
Minimum Experience: 2 years experience specialty, previous Home Health/Home Care experience required, basic understanding of Home Care regulations
Charting Experience Required: None. Uses remote EPIC
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Average visits per day consist of 3-5 patients ·
