Job Description
Responsibilities:
• eBilling Specialist for Legal Department with experience using the TyMetrix 360 ebilling system.
• Handles a significant volume of legal billing matters.
• Coordinates with Finance and vendors to ensure invoices are paid timely.
• Researches and resolves inquiries and issues related to billing efficiently.
• Assumes the Network Administrator role with the system to manage user profiles, train new users and handle matter management.
• Enters data into databases (i.e., names, addresses, etc.).
• Conducts queries related to matters, including patent and trademark matters. Analyzes and formats data.
• Creates/designs reports or forms (i.e., mailing lists, customer records, etc.). Modifies databases.
• Possesses strong knowledge of database software (i.e., Microsoft Access) and possibly other software (i.e., word processing, presentation graphics, etc.).
• Works with Finance to adjust purchase orders and manage monthly accruals.
• Has strong project management, communication and organization skills.
Must have: TyMetrix 360 ebilling system experience
