Job Description
Title: Contracts Associate
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
OBJECTIVE
• Conducts entry level contract administration for Clinical Development related contracts
• Data entry and management of contracts into Ariba system
• Management of Sharepoint site permissions and content
• Supports global site budget and contract development, management, and finalization
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Data entry and management of contracts into Ariba system
• Manages Sharepoint site permissions and content
• Creates status reports and maintain data sources
• Ensures compliance with internal timelines, metrics, and processes
• Special projects as needed
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• BA/BS or equivalent experience (3 years direct industry contracting)
• Proven problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
