Job Title: CNA – SNF – NIGHTS
Job Location: Boothbay Harbor, ME
Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Nights, 6:45pm – 7:15am
Float Requirements:

Yes between LTC & Skilled unit.
Certifications Required:

Current C.N.A. Certification for Maine.

BLS.
Unit Information:
-
Number of Beds: 30 LTC & 12 Skilled.

Patient Ratios: 1:5 days, 1:7 evenings, 1:10 nights.

Equipment: Hoyer lifts, sit to stands, glucometers (nurse), VS units, Computers, bladder scans (nurse).

EMR: PCC/EPIC.
Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience required.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: LTC or Skilled.

Type of Patients on Unit: LTC & Skilled. Medically complex, respiratory, post op surgical, end of life.

Personality Fit: Team player, exceptional customer service.
