Job Description
Primary Duties: -
• Serve as local operations support to ensure effective delivery of global business operations.
• Local logistic support – work with ERS members/Operations/Asia Operation/Import & Export group to export and import reagents to and from vendor.
• Manage data SharePoint folders for data sharing and management between client/ERS/vendor.
• Organization, prioritization, and handling of daily office activities.
• This may require effective calendar management, including scheduling meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, and vendor visits.
Qualifications
• 1 years administrative support experience required
• Operations support experience preferred.
• BS, MS or technical degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry/Biology preferred.
• Position requires understanding of biologics/compounds for logistical purposes
• Data management experience
• Able to understand Ri tools or develop simple tracking/operational mechanisms (example, Excel, SharePoint, and web tools).
• This position requires superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be skilled in multitasking, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential material.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of skills with specific and commonly used office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, and Power Point)
• Must have solid communication skills including proficiency in English, written grammar and basic business math.
• Must be proficient with basic office procedures such as telephone reception and customer service.
