Job Description:
- As a Temporary Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role on our Supply Planning team, contributing to daily operations and key initiatives by:
- Supporting Daily Operations & Risk Mitigation: Lead Daily Management System (DMS) meetings, actively identifying and troubleshooting potential service risks using analytics dashboards and APO.
- Collaborating on Strategic Commercial Initiatives: Attend Commercialization and other cross-functional meetings, representing Supply Planning to ensure key follow-ups and actions are managed effectively, particularly for new product launches, product transitions and item optimizations
- Executing Core Supply Planning: Assist in maintaining and developing Day to Day Supply Planning tasks including creating Weekly Short term (0-13 Weeks) production plans and Long Range (Rolling 12 month) Planning, Assessing capacity to support demand, and collaborating with plant teams to optimize production schedules.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving waste identification, mitigation planning, and reporting initiatives leveraging dashboards and APO, ultimately enhancing efficiency and supporting broader supply chain strategies.
- Supporting Supply Planning Team: Utilizing current and new Supply Planning Systems to plan production. Provide coverage as needed for Supply Planning team to attend system implementation training, enabling you to Product exposure to many areas of Supply Planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within a large Client environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency (Or Ability to Learn Quickly) in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- PowerBI / Tableau exposure preferred.
- Advanced Excel
- Travel requirements: Limited travel required.
Salary : $40 - $48
