Job Title: RN – Med/Surg
Location: Grand Junction, CO 81501
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3x12hr Nights (Flexibility to switch to Days)
Local pay: $64/hr on W2
Travel pay: $2400/weekly
Summary: Registered Nurse assignment in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting providing comprehensive adult patient care with flexibility to float across multiple units based on competency and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using ongoing clinical assessments and evidence‑based nursing practices
- Administer prescribed therapies and execute delegated medical functions while monitoring patient responses
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant inpatient care
Requirements:
- License(s): Active RN license – CO/Compact
- Experience: 1 year experience as RN in Med/Surg
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS
- Float to other units as needed
Salary : $64 - $2,400
