Title: Manager - Reporting and Consolidations
Location: San Francisco, CA 94107 (Hybrid: Every Wednesday onsite per week)
Job Duration: 9 months (Possible extension)
Shift: Mon – Fri Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: Onsite only on Wednesday (or as needed as per the team needs), however full time onsite return to office will be implemented September 2026, so the worker will be responsible for 5 days onsite beginning September.
Role Description:
The Manager, Reporting and Consolidations will be an integral member of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Segment Controllership team. This role works closely with members of the global Controllership organization and collaborates with stakeholders at all levels across ***. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Controller, Direct-to-Consumer Segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated segment-level financial results including disclosures, for review by the Segment Controller, primarily utilizing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC)
- Partner with divisional teams to prepare segment-level flux and variance analyses for both the income statement and balance sheet
- Perform complex segment-level profit and loss and balance sheet eliminations
- Support the DTC Controllership team with month-end close activities, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and audit requests
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the month-end close process to ensure timely completion of corporate reporting deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Corporate Financial Reporting team for inquiries related to segment-level reporting and miscellaneous requests
- Participate in new ERP system implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and reporting activities, etc.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide timely feedback, and keep management informed of key issues
- Experience with financial consolidations and eliminations
- Strong understanding of complex accounting issues with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot effectively
- Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with different time zones
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Prior experience with Oracle FCC or ERP system implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
