Job Title: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Duration: Full Time - Permanent

Location: Tulsa Ok 74136, Fully Onsite

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Occasional on-call requirements for employee investigations, which may require early morning, evening, or extended work hours.

Valid State of Oklahoma Driver's License required


Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a liaison between system operations and the Human

Resources department. The HRBP develops partnerships across the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added service to system leadership and employees, while supporting the mission, values and business goals and strategies of the organization. The HRBP provides support on workforce issues impacting strategic and business objectives, provides data analysis and assists with employee relations issues and various HR initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyses data, assesses trends, identifies issues and opportunities and performs root cause analysis in partnership with Sr. HRBPs. Supports Sr. HRBPs with various projects, tasks and initiatives.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as, composing written correspondence, pulling reports, gathering data, data entry, creating reports, etc.
  • Assists with partnerships with leaders. Assists with identifying, planning and implementing strategic objectives that are in alignment with organization goals and strategies and/or emerging needs.
  • Serves as a consultant to leaders and employees of assigned entities on HR-related issues, best practices, employment law and HR policies.
  • Participates in the design, development and implementation of programs/projects.
  • Assists with investigations and advises on employee relations matters.
  • Develops summary reports and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge and system compliance of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including EEO/AA, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other regulatory (TJC, DHS, CMS, OSHA, etc.) requirements.
  • Position partners closely with leaders and employees to support workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, and HR initiatives.
  • Responsible for conducting employee investigations, providing recommendations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
  • Must be comfortable analyzing workforce data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.

  • Works directly with patients and/or customers.

  • Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years human resources experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).


Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field.

Salary : $57,000 - $62,000
