Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid: Mon – Thurs Onsite & Fri Remote)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to support Client’s Global Kids Brand Initiatives team. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on shaping global brand direction, building integrated marketing plans, and leading cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture — and has experience developing brand plans, writing creative briefs, and driving global campaigns from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development of brand strategies and integrated marketing plans for global initiatives
- Build and present strategic decks, campaign frameworks, and creative briefs
- Act as the quarterback across cross-functional teams (creative, digital, retail, GEOs)
- Translate consumer insights into compelling brand storytelling and campaigns
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, culturally relevant work
- Drive alignment across global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand execution
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing / brand strategy / advertising
- Strong experience in building strategic plans, campaign frameworks, and creative briefs
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Experience presenting strategies and influencing senior stakeholders
- Background in integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, experiential)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with leading brands or agencies (e.g., Wieden Kennedy, R/GA, 72andSunny)
- Passion or experience in kids/youth culture
- Strong understanding of digital and social ecosystems
