Maintenance Assistant, Experience Required - Full Time
This position will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at the most reasonable level of expense possible. Perform direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalency
- At least one year prior apartment maintenance experience is required
- Current certification in HVAC, pool and electrical preferred
- Experience with interior painting and working with pool maintenance
- Will be responsible for make readies
- Assist the lead in all duties
- Cleanliness of grounds
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have team player attitude
