Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a HR Generalist with strong recruitment expertise and broad HR knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking system (ATS) records to monitor progress and improve processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and expand candidate networks.
- Create and refine onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires, integrating cultural alignment and role preparedness.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers on performance issues, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
- Conduct workplace investigations, prepare documentation, and recommend solutions aligned with company policy and legal standards.
- Manage performance review processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the success of HR programs.
- Contribute to benefits administration, policy updates, and wellness programs to support overall employee well-being.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including significant recruitment and employee relations responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
