Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group counseling and therapy
- Manage complex behavioral and psychosocial needs to facilitate optimal clinical outcomes
- Manage and complete patient caseload across the Thomson and greater McDuffie County area
- Document detailed patient notes in the electronic medical record system and develop/maintain treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with the IPS care team to ensure a comprehensive approach
- Active Georgia LPC or LCSW license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field (CSWE-accredited program required for social work candidates)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
