Job Title: Partner Experience Associate
Reports to: Director, Technology and Partner Experience
Location/Type: **NOT A REMOTE POSITION** Full-time in Goleta, California. (8am-5pm)

For the last four decades, IPT has garnered a wealth of experience working among all branches of the military, supporting fleets on behalf of over fifty OEM and Manufacturing partners. Works Closely with: Partner Experience Data Specialist, Director of IT/Partner Experience and PXT off-site consultants, Senior Leadership, and Project Managers.
Job Summary: The Associate works closely with the Partner Experience team, Account Managers, Marketing, and the Leadership team to drive revenue growth and ensure Partner success. The main focus of the Partner Experience Associate is to manage various initiatives focused on our Partners. This position will be responsible for gathering, maintaining, reporting and/or presenting OEM partner information/data with new and existing technology. We are looking for a person with great communication skills and high technical acumen.
Essential Job Functions:
- Participate on the Partner Experience (PXT) Team: This team services the OEM. We are involved in New Business Development, agreement renewal and creation, onboarding, gathering OEM intel, communicating with BD, all tracking/reporting, PMRs and events, creation of OEM partner-focused product features and solutions, the IPTSB website, surveys/NDA’s, use business intelligence for the OEM via presentations, stories and one pagers, support of the Top tier OEMs and any PM who would like assistance with an OEM. The associate participates in discussion, brainstorming and manages any projects assigned to them.
- Participate on the Business Intelligence Team. Create cards with existing datasets, or static uploads, to help a PM create a business case or to support an initiative.
- Point of Contact / Subject Matter Expert for HubSpot. The associate will be responsible for onboarding new hires, providing training for any employee on how to properly use, data gathering and input, reporting and pipeline management.
- Events/Meetings. Assist in coordination of presentations, OEM visits preparation, assists in the creation of presentations, proofread and enhance the appearance of final presentations and data. Presenting and pitching at events, shows, and visits.
- Manage Departmental Inbox. Manage, respond and delegate experience@iptsb.com inquiries and support requests, working closely with the PXT team to ensure timely resolution. On-going management, gathering of information, organization OEM’s agreement data, surveys and documents
Surveys and NDAs. Completion and management of PXT documents.
- Agreements. Working closely with others, create a database of acceptable agreement terms. Agreement review and approval.
- Additional Software Assistance. With assistance, pilot new software capabilities.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years experience in marketing operations, marketing product management, business analytics, customer service, or sales desired.
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
