Now, as Integrated Private Wealth enters its next chapter of growth, we're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of our organization. This is not a traditional operations role — this is about building the infrastructure that makes extraordinary client outcomes possible at scale, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Executive Director to shape the future of the firm.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will bridge strategy and execution — translating vision into action, aligning the team around our highest priorities, and ensuring every system, process, and person is operating at the level our clients deserve.

Your Mission: Turning Vision Into RealityStrategic Right Hand to the Executive Director

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and force multiplier for the Executive Director, enabling focus on the firm's highest-leverage opportunities
• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Represent the Executive Director in internal and external meetings
• Anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and create leverage — so the leadership team can operate at its best

Architect of Operational Excellence

• Own and continuously elevate the day-to-day operations of Integrated Private Wealth, ensuring every function runs with precision and purpose
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable workflows, systems, and processes that preserve our white-glove standard as we grow
• Oversee the firm's operational infrastructure — from technology and compliance touchpoints to vendor relationships and office operations
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that are as unique and sophisticated as the clients we serve
• Master our systems to deliver consistency at scale without ever compromising on quality
• Directly oversee the Integrated Private Wealth Operations team, creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members — building the depth of talent needed to serve our clients at the highest level
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations that align individual contributions to firm-wide goals
• Foster an environment where extraordinary work is the baseline, and where every team member understands their role in transforming client lives

Guardian of the Client Experience

• Ensure that operational excellence directly translates into an unparalleled client experience at every touchpoint
• Collaborate with the team to evolve and protect our signature white-glove standard as the firm scales
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client situations that require senior judgment and creative problem-solving
• Support the onboarding of new clients and the deepening of existing relationships through seamless back-office execution

Champion of Strategic Planning Implementation

• Partner with the team to develop, refine, and execute the firm's annual and long-term strategic plans
• Translate high-level strategy into clear operational roadmaps with defined milestones, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes
• Track progress against key performance indicators, surfacing insights and course corrections in real time
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth, deepen client relationships, and expand our market position

Who You Are

• A proven operator and strategic leader with 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similarly complex, high-standards environment
• Someone who has served in a Chief of Staff, COO, Director of Operations, or equivalent leadership capacity
• A rare combination of big-picture strategic thinker and meticulous executor — you can develop a three-year vision and then build the 90-day plan that makes it real
• An exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for clients, team members, and executive leadership alike
• A people leader who builds trust quickly, holds the team to high standards, and makes those around them better
• Deeply comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need a playbook, you write them
• Someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same
