- Review and package complex proposals with accuracy and professionalism to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Proactively follow up on quotes and orders to ensure timely responses, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives, providing critical support and attending customer visits as needed to drive relationship-building and growth opportunities.
- Submit vendor purchase orders promptly, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Assist in generating reports and business forecasts to support strategic decision-making, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in training and mentoring new distribution specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Proven ability to manage the sales process, deliver accurate proposals, identify upselling opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions and improve performance.
