As a key contributor, you will oversee the seamless flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Shipment Processing: Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders, selecting the most cost-effective and efficient methods.
- Inbound Logistics: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assign storage locations, and manage stock levels.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) to load, unload, and move materials.
- Recordkeeping: Document shipping and receiving activities, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Rigging Certification preferred
- Records maintenance skills preferred
- Inventory management preferred
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to lift, push or pull items up to 70 lbs. in weight
- Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment
- Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college preferred
