Job Summary
Pelvic floor physical therapy clinic seeking a caring and highly organized Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join a growing practice! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to handle daily operations, support clinical staff, and interact with patients in a space that supports women. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an integral part of our team, you will manage administrative tasks with energy and precision, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere and supporting the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients promptly and warmly as they enter the clinic
  • Respond to website leads and schedule patients over the phone
  • Handle daily scheduling, filling cancellations, and managing a wait list
  • Represent the clinic with patients and providers, via phone or in person
  • Handle and organize patient file information
  • Keep inventory of office & clinic supplies, order product, stock treatment rooms
  • Manage Microsoft Office & Google Workspace files
  • Any other duties which may be requested

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (not exclusive to an office or healthcare setting)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills
  • Proficiency with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading is essential
  • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with patients and co-workers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take patient payment, use internet fax, handle email, and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Ability to learn and communicate about pelvic floor physical therapy and the various diagnoses that are seen in the clinic
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately in person and on the phone

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
