Job Summary
Pelvic floor physical therapy clinic seeking a caring and highly organized Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join a growing practice! Responsibilities
- Greet patients promptly and warmly as they enter the clinic
- Respond to website leads and schedule patients over the phone
- Handle daily scheduling, filling cancellations, and managing a wait list
- Represent the clinic with patients and providers, via phone or in person
- Handle and organize patient file information
- Keep inventory of office & clinic supplies, order product, stock treatment rooms
- Manage Microsoft Office & Google Workspace files
- Any other duties which may be requested
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role (not exclusive to an office or healthcare setting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills
- Proficiency with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading is essential
- Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with patients and co-workers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Ability to take patient payment, use internet fax, handle email, and manage a multi-line phone system
- Ability to learn and communicate about pelvic floor physical therapy and the various diagnoses that are seen in the clinic
- Communicate clearly and compassionately in person and on the phone
