We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeking a Clinic Director for our Exton clinic.
Our model is built around low patient volume (avg 10 VPD), high-quality care, and real autonomy. As Clinic Director, you’ll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience
Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients
Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth
Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care

Profit Sharing: Earn a percentage of clinic profit in addition to base pay

What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility)
Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience (no leadership experience required!)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Desire to help shape and grow a clinic, not just work in one
