Role Title: Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator
Compensation: $24/hour
Expectation: 25-30 hours per week, Ideal Schedule 8:30a-2:30p
Integrated Physical Therapy (iPT) is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to helping people move more, hurt less, and live an active life. We take a 1-to-1, hands-on approach to care, combining skilled physical therapy with strength, movement, and education to help our patients build lasting results—not simply treat symptoms. Core Responsibilities:
Crossfit Recovery Room Management
- Manage our offsite automated wellness room located close by the clinic.
- Onboard new clients to our sauna and cold plunge space, ensuring they can access space and are aware of space SOPs
- Ensure clients optimal experience with space, troubleshooting access and equipment issues
- Ensure cleanliness of space semi-daily
Admin/Ops at iPT
- Liaise between patients and PT on scheduling logistics
- Liaise between other gym owners about potential partnerships (Be the shining face of iPT to clients and other business owners)
- Support clinic cleanliness by wiping surfaces, ensuring welcoming environment for clients
Marketing & Content
- Lead an AI-forward marketing campaign
- Manage and grow social media presence (posting, stories, engagement, trend awareness)
- Daily Posts
- Organic ideas/AI content creation and distribution
- Build and send email marketing campaigns
- Plan workshops; manage workshop follow-up sequences (email/text nurture)
- Track workshop attendance and follow-up conversion
- Support use of AI tools for content drafting, scheduling, or campaign ideas
Patient Experience & Front Desk Ops
- Manage scheduling and patient communication in PT Everywhere
- Build Out CRM SOPs, How to measure and track leads
- Greet and check in patients; be the "face" of the front-of-house experience
- Walk patients through exercises occasionally (under PT’s guidance, not independently prescribing)
Growth & Retention
- Lead Follow-up
- following up new inquiries, workshop attendees, previous patients, referrals, and people who haven’t booked yet.
- Lead Generation — outreach, referral follow-up, community touchpoints (gym partnerships, events)
- Increase Google reviews from patients with strong outcomes
- Collect payments for PT packages, handle basic billing conversations and objections
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
