We are hiring 2 Senior Quality Engineers with 8 years of manufacturing quality engineering experience to support plant operations for data center chiller manufacturing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes and product quality
• Lead RCCA, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, and corrective/preventive actions
• Develop quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols
• Conduct manufacturing process audits and drive defect reduction
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
• Support new product introduction and quality validation
• Analyze quality metrics using SPC, Minitab, Excel, and other statistical tools
• Train production teams on quality and problem-solving practices
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASHRAE, and applicable standards
🎯 Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 8 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, or industrial equipment preferred
• Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, RCCA, Six Sigma, SPC, and QMS
• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance
• Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and measurement tools
• Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, assembly, and testing
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
