About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Front Desk Associate with office computer and office system expertise for a busy pain management medical practice. The ideal candidate is approachable yet firm, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve day-to-day challenges involving patients and staff while maintaining a smooth, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

Handle patient check-in/check-out, billing (no coding), and documentation

Resolve day-to-day operational challenges, including patient or staffing issues

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and office standards

Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors

Support patient satisfaction and handle feedback professionally

Ensure patients are greeted warmly and assisted promptly with scheduling, inquiries, and concerns

Monitor appointment flow, cancellations, and rescheduling to maintain efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact for staff questions and operational support

Qualifications

1 year of healthcare, customer service, administrative or office management experience 

(medical or med spa preferred)

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Highly proficient with computers and office systems (required)

Familiarity with HIPAA and medical terminology is a plus

Spanish language skills are a plus


Schedule and Compensation

Monday–Thursday (4-day work week; potential for Fridays)

$22–$26/hour (based on experience)

3-month probationary period

Health insurance (50% covered)

First year 5 days PTO

Second year 10 days PTO 

Salary : $22 - $26
