The Project Scheduler will be responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating project timelines to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Schedule Development: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress and ensure that schedules are followed, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling conflicts or risks and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
Update Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on schedule status, including potential delays, progress, and adjustments.
Resource Allocation: Work closely with the project manager to ensure proper allocation of resources (e.g., labor, equipment, materials) to meet deadlines.
Schedule Optimization: Continuously monitor the schedule to identify opportunities for schedule compression or improvements in efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project schedule reports, including variance analysis, for internal and external stakeholders.
Change Management: Address schedule changes resulting from scope changes, client requests, or unforeseen challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
