Team Leadership:

Process Improvement:

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other process optimization techniques to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Resource Management:
- Manage the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient production.
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Financial Management:
