Location: Red Bank, NJ; In Person
Starting at $20.00 per hour
Office Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturdays: 8:00am-12:00pm
Schedule: Full time. Four 9-hour days per week 1–2 Saturdays per month
Integrated Medical Alliance (IMA) is seeking a Certified Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working in a busy pediatric environment.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities may include:
- Rooming pediatric patients
- Obtaining and documenting vital signs
- Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Administering vaccines and injections as directed
- Updating patient information and medical histories
- Assisting providers during examinations and procedures
- Communicating professionally with parents and caregivers
- Maintaining clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
- Supporting the clinical team with additional duties as needed
IMA is looking for someone who enjoys working with children, understands the importance of creating a positive experience for families, and is ready to become a reliable member of our pediatric care team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*Medical Assistant certification is an absolute requirement.*Candidates must also:
- Be available to work 1–2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 1-2 years CMA experience; Pediatric preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Be comfortable interacting professionally and compassionately with parents and children of all ages
- Be very comfortable administering vaccines to pediatric patients of all ages
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office
- Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
