Integrated Medical Transport is currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented and self-motivated. IMT is a dynamic and growing ambulance and para-transit company that is experiencing rapid growth.
Integrated Medical Transport is Pennsylvania's fastest growing Non-Emergent Medical Transportation company. We are focused on providing our clients with a comfortable and enjoyable experience as we transport them safely and on time.
Hours:
8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
You will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and field team members through phone, text, and email interactions.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve client/staff concerns and scheduling issues as they arise.
- Maintain professionalism during peak hours and while listening to complaints or compliments.
- Communicate with the dispatch team when required.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive demeanor.
- Data entry skills.
- Computer skills.
- Multi-task skills.
