Integrated Medical Systems is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives with a strong focus on employee engagement, digital transformation, and data centralization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can drive cultural change, leverage technology to optimize HR processes, and champion data-driven decision-making. This role will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience and ensuring our HR practices align with our strategic business objectives. What You Bring to the Table:
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in driving employee engagement initiatives and cultural transformation.
Strong understanding of HR technology and experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics for HR decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Employee Engagement
Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Design and oversee programs that promote employee well-being, recognition, and professional development.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports on HR trends, employee engagement, and talent management to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters and organizational development.
